  Took an absolute ratshit radiator out of a rare suzuki super carry in to their shop at around noon, they got the parts sent up from Melbourne that day, sandblased it, scrapped the old putty off it, replaced the fittings, replaced the core and silver soldered the cracks in the tanks and had it back to me in 24 hours. Legends!

  Natrad eaglehawk I would never have anything nice to say you buy a radiator from them it splits in under 16 months they admit it is a manufacturer fault than they won't give a warranty even tho its a 2yr manufacturer warranty on them. You contact Melbourne head office there solution is courier it to Melbourne than to Adelaide and you may here back in bout 2 weeks whether or not they'll do warranty. Even tho eaglehawk has already said manufacturer fault caused it. You say that you can't work without car they say that you can take it to VCAT knowing full well its 3 months to have case heard! I will never have anything to do with this company again and i certainly will never buy another adrad radiator again! Worst customer service/ support ever! Be careful when dealing with this company and their products!

  After getting a quote from NATRAD Eaglehawk for $1300 to fix my wifes car air conditioner and paying full amount up front with only 1 day without car the price jumped to $ 1675 the next day with another days loss of vehicle, when i proceeded to pick the car up they kindly said they would wear the extra cost, he stressed the point if anything goes wrong just bring it back. 2 days later my wifes car was on the back of a truck with a cooked motor. I'm no mechanic but i know if something accidentally breaks and falls into coolant bottle and you dont retrieve it nor tell anyone its going to be disastrous, their insurance is covering it,but now 3 weeks without a car. NEVER AGAIN NATRAD EAGLEHAWK. Steve.
