  Even your so-called specials are laughable, when the same items are cheaper elsewhere at normal prices. You don't need specifics Teresa - do the work yourself - take a checklist of your prices to other supermarkets (including other IGA's) and see for yourself.

  We were regular customers, more than once or twice a week, before it was taken over by the present greedy sods. One specific, always overpriced item, amongst almost everything, is Bulla 2 litre Chocolate Ice-cream, which Coles sells for $4; you normally charge $6.79! Big difference. Almost everything is much more expensive than the previous owners and I have walked around several times recently and ended up walking out with NOTHING!

  There have been delegations of 'executive-looking types' standing around with clipboards, discussing price rises, to justify their unnecessary salaries I suppose.

  There must be others who moved up the road to Aldi, due to your greed. Corporate greed has spread like a cancer, even in sleepy old Eaglehawk!

  The new management at this store introduced coin trolleys, when customers leaving trolleys in the carpark was never a problem - I never saw any not returned, or left in the correct slot. Regular customers find this sort of treatment insulting and rude.
